Using the site
You may read, link to and share anything published here. You may quote from it with attribution. You may use the site for personal and non-commercial purposes freely.
You may not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to reach parts of it you have not been given access to.
Automated access
Systematic automated collection of content from this site — scraping, crawling for republication, bulk downloading — is not permitted without written permission. Search engine crawlers operating within the limits set in our robots file are the exception and are welcome.
This is not us being precious about the data. The archive runs on modest infrastructure, and a badly written scraper degrades the site for everyone reading it. If you want the data, ask on the contact page.
Accounts and comments
You are responsible for activity under your account. Comments are moderated, and we remove anything that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, commercial spam, or posted to impersonate someone else.
By posting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the site. You keep ownership of what you wrote. We may remove any comment, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules, without notice.
Intellectual property
Written content, page design, site software and the arrangement of the archive belong to Midfield or are used with permission.
Factual match data — scores, dates, results — is not owned by anybody and we make no claim to it. Our compilation, structuring and presentation of it is our own work. Some underlying data is sourced from third parties under their own licences, including Cricsheet; those licences apply to that data regardless of these terms.
Team names, competition names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep the archive accurate, and it will still contain errors. Historical sports data is incomplete and inconsistent at source, and no amount of checking removes that entirely.
The site is provided for information. Do not rely on it for any decision where being wrong would cost you something — in particular, do not rely on it for betting or any other financial purpose. If you find an error, the contact page is the place to report it and we will fix it.
